We are located in suite 1480 in the University Center Tower, 7000 Fannin St. (corner of Fannin and Pressler St.), Houston, TX 77030. Parking is available in the building.
Parking and Driving Directions
- Traveling south on Fannin St. from downtown or Hermann Park:
Drive south on Fannin and under the
Holcombe overpass.
The next traffic signal is the Pressler intersection.
University Center Tower is on the southwest corner (across the intersection on your right).
Drive through the Pressler intersection and turn right into the parking garage entrance on Fannin.
The next traffic signal is the Pressler intersection.
University Center Tower is on the southwest corner (across the intersection on your right).
Drive through the Pressler intersection and turn right into the parking garage entrance on Fannin.
- Traveling north on Fannin St. from Loop 610 South:
Drive north on Fannin St. and take
the Holcombe Blvd. exit to the right
just past the Metro rail transit stop at Fannin and Pressler.
Make a U-turn on Fannin by turning left on the overpass just before Holcombe and left again on Fannin.
The next traffic signal is the Pressler intersection.
